Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your name, order number, and the reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

A refund will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and passes inspection.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the item arrives

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be true:

  • Return request made within 7 days of delivery

  • Jewelry is unworn, in brand-new condition, with no scratches or damage

  • Returned in original packaging, including boxes and certificates

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows wear, damage, or is not in its original condition.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items showing wear, scratches, or damage

  • Sale or discounted items

Returning Goods

After your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service.

We cannot issue a refund for items lost, damaged in transit, or shipped without approval.
